The guys at the Atlantic Highlands Bait and Tackle report that the bass fishing is awesome at Romer shoal and Flins Knoll. Most report indicate Jigging # 27 and # 47 diamond jig underneath the school of blue fish. The guys from the shop got out for short trip to pre-fish for today’s fluke opener and found steady action in 8-10 feet of water. FYI: in an attempt to promote their rental boat, the shop will be providing a $25.00 gas card with each rental.
